Basler Hoffmann-La Roche has been a BBF customer since the 1980s. We support the global diagnostics and pharmaceutical group in matters of design and communication for various medications, and as a design partner and expert for corporate messaging from sales aid to the conception of complex events and trade fair stands.
Understanding, linking and expanding existing data structures is the basis for a fast and efficient workflow. Then syncronyze these contents to any digital device, whether in Chicago, Madrid or Yokohama.
With the launch of AVASTIN (a tumor-starving therapy) comprehensive compliance messaging became critical. In the first step, in close cooperation with the client, message trees were created, checked for compliance, and then incorporated into various communication channels in terms of content and appearance: from the key visuals to stage design.

Initially, BBF supported the pharmaceutical company in the creation of printed information brochures. As marketing became more important, our agency worked closely with Roche to develop the Umbrella design for four different HIV treatments bundled under a unified design and marketing. The result was a visual concept with uniform colors and elements and enough flexibility to allow the national companies specific adaptations.
